To ensure your trip goes off without a hitch, we require every traveller to complete an Important Passenger Information (IPI) form. This allows us to have everything in place for your trip, from emergency contacts and dietary requirements to rooming arrangements and any other preferences you may have.
We’ll send you an email asking for your Important Passenger Information around 60 days before your departure. If you’re ready before then, you’re more than welcome to submit it sooner!
You can easily submit your information by logging into your website account, or if it’s more convenient, simply email us at customerservice@travelchasers.com and we’ll send you the link.
Please note: If we don’t receive your completed form before your trip - or if some key information is missing - we may not be able to accommodate certain requests or provide all services as planned. Submitting your information in full helps us deliver the best possible experience for you on tour.
