For our Egypt & Jordan tours, we kindly ask that you provide a digital copy of your passport to help us secure your internal flight. To ensure everything runs smoothly, please email your passport copy to customerservice@travelchasers.com no later than 20 days before your tour starts. Providing your passport details on time helps us avoid any additional costs or disruptions.
If we fail to receive your passport copy(s) in time, there’s a chance you may face extra expenses or need to book your internal flights separately.

For travellers on South America tours, we kindly ask that you send us a digital copy of your passport so we can arrange your internal flights. Submitting your details on time helps us secure your flights with the group and avoid any extra costs or disruptions.
