This information is essential for securing ferry tickets and ensuring all travel arrangements are in place. Without it, our Operations team will be unable to process your ferry tickets, and you will not be able to continue with your tour.
We strongly encourage you to arrange your visas as soon as possible and, once sorted, share your visa number(s) with us at customerservice@travelchasers.com. This will help us make sure everything is set up for your journey.
One of our team members will also be in touch around 45 days prior to your tour to request this information, but sending it to us promptly would be a big help and avoid any potential delays.
